Please cancel more than 30mins prior to class starting. Of you do a late cancel or no-show your class you will be charged $15. Please let us know if there has been an emergency. Registration for classes close 15mins prior to class starting.

We are currently welcoming anyone between 12 and 15 to attend with a parent/guardian. 16 and above can attend class solo!

Yes! Two showers in the women’s and one in the men’s bathroom. Please bring your own body towel and shampoo. There is a hairdryer provided in the women’s bathroom.

Yes! We have a water fountain to fill up your water bottle. If you forget a water bottle, we have small cups to use, or you’re welcome to purchase an EPIC stainless steel water bottle ($12).

We also have a coffee machine and a microwave in the front office.

If you need modifications for any reason, please work with your coach to assist you. We are unable to accommodate wanting to do your own workout entirely.

Classes are between 50-60 minutes

Absolutely! Please keep in mind, I am just a small business, so I would greatly appreciate them register for a drop-in class. We encourage the four free classes be used by locals only please!

Yes! Classes will automatically cancel if there are no people registered for the class 90mins prior to class starting. If a class needs to cancel due to a coach emergency or weather, all members will be notified immediately through the wodify app.
