Strength
Our strength classes are designed to build muscle, boost endurance, and improve overall fitness through expert-led, dynamic workouts. Using a mix of weights, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements, these sessions help you get stronger, move better, and feel more powerful in your everyday life.

Conditioning
We offer both high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and endurance workouts to build stamina, burn calories, and improve overall conditioning. Whether you’re pushing through explosive intervals or sustaining longer efforts, these sessions challenge your limits and elevate your overall fitness.
Class Format
Classes at Epic Fitness are for every fitness level and experience.
To ensure you reserve your class spot, members are required to book on Wodify before they get to class. Strength and cardio days are 55mins, and Yoga is 50mins during the weekdays and 60mins on Sunday.
