Heather Langdon: Yoga Instructor

What began as a personal journey has blossomed into the opportunity for Heather to share her love of yoga. Graduating from the 200-hour Teacher Training at NOW Yoga in April of 2021 she began teaching at local parks and finding her voice as a teacher. She has loved creating a fun vinyasa flows for the community and believes everyone should have access to yoga. “I like to ask students to listen to their bodies before listening to my voice.

Each person shows up to the mat in their own way, honoring where they are both mentally and physically while tuning in and connecting with breath is where we find the magic in class.” Heather has been drawn to all things yoga and continued her studies at the Center of Ayurveda and Yoga Study, recently graduating from the 300-hour program. She also enjoys creating custom flows and programs for private clients by finding the right balance of breathwork, meditation and physical practice.

When Heather is not on her mat you will most likely find her outside on the mountain in the winter and in the water in the summer. She loves all things nature and is always up for travel. In fact, she traveled in a motorhome with her husband, two teens and the family dog through the western third of the United States visiting nine National Parks over 10 weeks. Her goal is to visit all 63 parks within her lifetime. Whether you have been doing yoga for years or have never been to a yoga class, Heather will take you through a fun flow where you are free to learn and grow within your own practice.
