Class Format
Classes at Epic Fitness are for every fitness level and experience.
Each class is capped so everyone can get the individual attention they need to stay safe and get better every class.
To ensure you reserve your class spot, members are required to book on Wodify before they get to class. Please show up 5-10 minutes early to start your warm up. Classes are typically 45-60 minutes in length.

Fast-paced, short intervals pleasant rest periods designed to make, you fast, fit, and athletic. Not an ordinary HIIT class; expect to be dazzled as the hour flies by.

Full body strength & conditioning class with specific days to emphasize upper or lower body. Think durable gains that will have you feeling confident and strong.
